Father, first I want to give you thanks for my husband and for entrusting me as his partner. I am grateful and thankful that you have gifted me, someone, to complete my life mission with. Lord, I pray that the Holy Spirit would continue to lead and guide my husband and he walks with you daily.

May his days be filled with productivity and integrity as you give him the strength he needs to provide for his family. Thank you, father, for the job that you have blessed him with.

2. Morning prayers for my husband: prayer for protection

Lord, I lift my husband _________ before you this morning. Father, I thank you for his life and for the destiny that you have placed on his life. I take authority over any evil plans that the enemy may have in store for my husband this day.

I stand in the gap for him now and command any danger, hurt, or harm to be redirected away from him in Jesus’ name. Father, assign protective angels to go with him and before him to clear his path of any forms of destruction.

3. Prayer for my husband: daily strength, courage, and a sound mind

Father God, I thank you for my husband this morning. I thank you for his life, for his friendship, and for his willingness. Lord, I ask for a special grace to come upon his life regarding strength, courage, and a sound mind. Father, your word say’s that you have given him a spirit of power, love, and of a sound mind and not a spirit of fear.

I pray for fear to leave his heart and for it to be replaced with the strength he needs daily, the courage he needs to do what is right, and a sound mind to make the right choices.

4. Morning prayer for my husband: desire for God and his word

Dear heavenly Father, thank you for saving my husband and drawing him with bands of love into your family. Father, I pray for his relationship with you. I pray that the holy spirit would continue to encamp round about him and consume his life and heart. I thank you, lord that he earnestly seeks your face, will, and your word.

May your word be a lamp unto his feet and the final authority in his life. Holy Spirit, help him to develop a deep love for the word of God, and to spend time in devotion daily.

Lord, I pray that he begins to experience you in ways that he has never experienced before. May he be found by you and may he find you as he spends time with you daily.

5. Morning prayer for my husband: family focus and overcoming temptations

Lord God, I thank you for the man that my husband has become. I thank you, Lord, that he puts his family first and understands his role in this covenant.

May his focus be primarily on you Lord, his family, his destiny, and his job. Lord, I also pray that he overcome any temptations of sin, lust, and distractions that may be sent his way today.

Holy Spirit, help him to quench every fiery dart of the devil. May he be free from distractions, enticements, and fleshly deceit. I thank you that he is a family man and lives from a place of honor and respect toward you and his family.

May you give him peace, grace, and resilience as he faces the challenges of this day. This I pray in Jesus’ name, Amen.
