1tspmatcha powder
2 1/2tbsplocal raw honey
2Frozen bananas
4ozmilk or non-dairy milk I have recently switched from Almond Breeze to Simply Almond because of better ingredients
2cupscrushed ice Makes the smoothie thick!
1cupspinach
Instructions
Add all your ingredients to your blender of choice (i prefer a Vitamix blender)
blend until all ingredients are mixed together and texture is smooth
poor and enjoy
Notes
Add Maca powder or any protein powders of your choice for an extra boost. I like to add a tsp of Maca powder for extra energy and hormonal support. All non-dairy milk substitutes can be used for this recipe.
