You can use magnesium oil at full strength or you can dilute it 50/50 with distilled water. I personally use the full strength and it works just fine for me.

Using Foot Soaks
For a complete foot soak, you will need 4 ounces of magnesium oil (click here for a great magnesium oil option) and a foot soaking tube or large container.
Once you have your foot soaking container, add your 4 ounces of magnesium oil plus enough (warm) water to cover up your feet.
Soak your feet between 15-30 minutes. Once your soaking session is complete, you can rinse your feet of a little or simply pat dry with a towel. Towel drying is acceptable here because of the water use plus the soaking method has already increased the absorption rate of the magnesium oil?
You can use both of these methods a couple times per week. It’s always a good idea to consult your doctor regarding your magnesium levels.
